Customer Description
Several end users needed a safe way to protect employees working near robotic cells and conveyor systems. The goal was to prevent unauthorized access while robots loaded and unloaded materials during normal operation. Aii Systems installed RapidGuard® II machine guarding to create a secure barrier around each robotic work cell. The system included both fixed and movable guarding to help prevent unwanted entry while maintaining safe access for authorized personnel. RapidGuard® II also works with Fortress safety locks to ensure operators follow the proper lockout and entry procedure before entering the cell. This solution improves workplace safety while helping keep production running efficiently.
