Customer Description
The customer needed a highly customized guarding system to support a robotic application that included an attached linear conveyor. Their process required more than standard panels, so the guarding had to be tailored with precise cutouts, integrated wire cable trays, and specialized bracketry to accommodate safety interlocks and HMI panels. They also needed accurately placed mounting locations for pushbutton enclosures to ensure operators could access controls safely and efficiently.
