When the customer needed conveyor guards for the package sorters, they turned to WireCrafters for a custom guarding solution. They required custom conveyor guards to protect workers while maintaining efficient package flow. WireCrafters delivered an innovative design that included custom panels, interlock plates, pull cord posts, and doorposts – all manufactured at the same height to simplify installation. Additionally, the system featured customized RapidGuard® II threaded inserts at strategic points, allowing for easy mounting of additional equipment. This comprehensive solution ensured both safety and operational flexibility across the facility.
