RapidGuard® II Kickplates / AGV LiDAR Panels are designed to provide a solid lower panel option for RapidGuard® II machine guarding systems. These panels are commonly used in automated facilities where AGVs, AMRs, robotic equipment, conveyor systems, or ASRS systems operate near perimeter guarding.

Installed along the bottom section of a RapidGuard® II guarding system, kickplates create a durable solid surface near floor level while maintaining the strength, visibility, and modular design of the overall machine guarding system.

Many AGV and AMR systems use LiDAR sensors to detect objects, navigate travel paths, and operate safely within automated environments. In certain applications, open wire mesh may not provide the ideal surface for lower-level LiDAR detection.
